problem with firefox extension
firefox extension says "Zentact did not load" I have disabled it restarted it with it off then enabled it with a restart and still get the same message. I have also had the my zentact home page open and logged in as well and the problem is still there. XP with firefox 3.0.4

I'm not personally able to duplicate this one. I'm going to research this a bit more with the team and we'll see if we can't duplicate and find a solution.
Any additional information that would help in troubleshooting is appreciated (though you've given us the bulk of the info we should need already).

Sorry for such a delay in troubleshooting this one. I've just installed all add-ons (listed/downloadable in the directory) you've had and it appears that when the StumbleUpon add on is enabled, Zentact prompts the "Zentact did not load" bug. I've just come across it and wanted to see if anyone can confirm that if you disable the StumbleUpon add-on, Zentact works?
I'll be troubleshooting now and if I come up w/ a resolution, I'll post here and get a new add-on pushed.

You may have fixed the "StumbleUpon bug" but if it is still open, here is some new data: I have both StubleUpon and Zentact running together. I was seeing this same issues, but after uninstalling and reinstalling StumbleUpon the issue appears resolved. -
