Sorry to hear that, have you tried deactivating and activating the 21scrum features?
In order to do this, please do the following :-
1. Goto your site that you wish to deploy the 21scrum web parts to.
2. Goto site actions and click on site settings
3. Under Site Collection Administration section click on Site collection features
4. Deactivate/Activate the “21SCRUM Site Collection Feature”
5. Goto Site Actions section and click on manage site features
6. Deactivate/Activate the “21SCRUM Site Feature”
7. Goto a page in your site and try and add a 21scrum web part.
Please let me know how you got on.

Geert,

Did James instructions help you?

One other thing to check is do you have the User Code Service running to support Sandboxed solutions.

I'm getting this error when trying to activate the feature at Site level.
From the logs: "Feature Activation: Failed to ensure feature dependencies for feature '21apps.Aberdovey.SPSolution_AberdoveyFeatures'".

User code service is running, etc.
This is only a trial version of the product, though, but it works on the VM that I dev on.

Any thoughts? :)

Hmmmm not sure about this. Can I ask you recycle both the site collection and site features that you want 21SCRUM to reside on? See if that does the trick. I'll have a check on my env as well to see if I can recreate the problem. Interesting that it works on your dev env though? You might want to check that the env your having trouble is with is not misconfigured in anyway, however, you do mention that user code service is running. This is why i'm left scratching my head. Let me know how you get on.

Hi James

Yeah, it's weird. It started giving me hassles on the VM too. I reduced the memory allocated and now it's working again. Which makes no sense, hehehe.

I didn't configure the live environment, so there's a 100% likelyhood that it's got something to do with that.

Ah, the joys!
