How do I add a dependent to my account

The 24hourflex mobile app will not let me file a claim. It says a dependent has not been set up for this account. Please visit 24hourflex online account to add a dependent.

    Hi Jillian,

    Yes, for the function of adding dependents, you will need to visit your online account via the consumer portal to add to your profile. Once you have added them to your online account, you will be able to see them for future claims on your mobile app.

    We will share this with the software development team as a request to have this functionality in the future.

    Here is a link on how to add them via your online account.

    You don't have to order them a card, but it gives you the details on where to go to add them.
