How do you pay for services with your FSA?

Nowhere does it mention how I actually use my FSA. Do I get a credit card to pay for eligible services or do I pay up front and send receipts for reimbursement?

  • A blue 24HourFlex VISA card will be mailed to you that you can use for payment or you can also pay yourself and then submit itemized receipts (including the date of service, a description of service provided, and the amount of the service/product) to us. The form for submitting expenses for reimbursement is under the Forms page on our site.

    If you have not received a card please send us an email (info@24hourflex.com) or call us at 1-800-651-4855 x 5 and we will verify your address and order another card (you can also do this through your online account by clicking on the "FSA Login" button at www.24hourflex.com and then clicking on the "New User" link on the right side of the screen.
