I’m frustrated

No account login information provided in letter


I received a letter to begin my COBRA coverage. It states I can pay the premium online and to "see page 2 of this notice for login information". However, no login information was provided.

Can you please tell me how I can register and pay online?

PS: on the first page of the letter there is a section about customer support lines and the phone number. It gives times to call but it does not state that you are only open M-F. It would be nice if this was updated to reflect this.
