Not covered OTC items.

What happens if I accidentally purchase something (like an OTC product) that isn't covered under the Plan?

  • If the item truly isn't covered under the plan you can repay the amount by contacting us (1-800-651-4855) and then repaying the expense online or by mailing a check to us at:

    If it is an OTC item you can also get a doctor's prescription so that the item can be reimbursed through your plan (per the new rules that went into effect on 1/1/2011 due to Health Care Reform).
