I am attempting to use my Benny card to make purchases on Zenni Optical and the FSA store to spend my remaining FSA balance of 441.10 before the deadline tonight. I have taken screenshots below. I have been trying to reach someone in your care department all day today since I learned that my card was being declined. I called over and over and was asked to and did leave a voicemail requesting a callback before I was forcefully disconnected. I called back each time I was forcefully disconnected until finally a message played stating the office was closed. I did not receive a callback and then your care department closed.

Please respond as soon as possible with a resolution.
