One at a time, but you can combine. The only issue with combining is that the audio always starts from the beginning, not at a random start point. Therefore, depending on the length of each segment and hold times, anything past the first clip may never be heard.
Many of my clients pay a rather high fee for seasonal and promotional MOH changes. In fact, AceMedia has warned some of my clients that my MOH feature is not compliant with how they promote the benefits of their MOH offering.
I see that 2600hz is soon to support ShoutCast, but a random start point for each time someone is placed on hold would emulate a radio/ tape loop.

Thanks, for your great response. I guess the customer will have to choose which part is most important for himĀ

Oh yeah to upload a few files and have "play random" is a feature we've long been waiting....
We have clients who are paying $1,000 for their MOH, they constantly complain that it always starts at the beginning and no one listens to all to the other 4 files they have,

Agreed - this is very annoying :-/

Re SHOUTcast: I actually requested that 4-5 years ago and have still been waiting for implementation. The problem is, even once you have this, for each customer you would need to setup a SHOUTcast server and a source with the music on hold files. Still better than the way it is now though imho.
