 Per-Minute Services and Trunking

Managing Per-Minute Services and Trunking

Create and set limits for users that include inbound and outbound trunks, and per minute credits. 2600Hz allows you to sign up for trunks and per-minute credits at once, if necessary. So if users exceed the number of trunks they are allocated, you can add per-minute credits.

Update Per-Minute Credits
  1. Click the Settings button at the top right of the screen, next to your name.
  2. Once you click on Settings, click on "Per Minute" beneath the Billing tab.
  3. Add Credit one time or auto-recharge your credit once it falls beneath a certain amount.

Update Trunking
  1. Click the Settings button at the top right of the screen, next to your name.
  2. Once you click on Settings, click on one of the trunking options. Decide what type of trunking you wish to use.
    • Outbound – the number of concurrent outbound calls you can make at once.
    • Inbound – the number of concurrent inbound calls that can be made at once.
    • Two-Way - the number of concurrent inbound and outbound calls that can be made at once.
  3. Select the amount of unlimited trunks for the account.
Once SIP trunks are set up, users will be billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be seen in the Service Plan within Settings.
