I’m super frustrated!

I can't create, edit, fix ANY quests!

All of the sudden, starting yesterday, when I try and go in to make changes/updates to the quests I already have created I get no toolbar at the top of the box where you type, I get an "unresponsive script" warning and usually have to choose "stop script" and even after making changes and trying to re-save/update it goes back to the previous version and doesn't keep changes. I re-made a quest 3 times this morning and it still won't work. Now when I go in to other quests I am running in to the same problem.
I use 3D GameLab as my technology class. I HAVE to be able to go in and edit every single day. This will bring my class to a standstill if they can't keep progressing because I can't update the quests.

Please help!!!!

  • We haven't deployed any code for a few days (in fact, since 9/19), so no changes to the system should be involved.

I take it that this worked for you earlier this week and then began not working sometime Tuesday? Did anything change in your browser settings or did you switch computers? If you go to another browser or computer does it work better?

Based on what you posted, it looks like the "wysiwyg" editor isn't working for you. As it happens, we're hoping to deploy an update in the next few days that should work better with most browsers (we're still working out the kinks in IE8), but the existing one had been working fine.

  • It was working fine this past weekend and started not working on Tuesday but I have run into little glitches before in the past couple years and it seems to solve itself. This seems to be with every quest and I can't make any changes especially because the toolbar doesn't show up.
I have tried my home computer (newer) and my school computer. I have tried IE9, I typically work in Firefox, and Google Chrome. Same thing happens in all three browsers at home and at school.

Thanks for your response...anything else I can try? Here is an image of the error message I am getting.
