I unenrolled a student because we were having problems with her account, now we can't create a new account for her.

Hi,
I unenrolled a student because we were having problems getting into her account, now we can't create a new one for her because the system says someone has already used her E-mail. How do we correct this?

  • I would recommend doing a password reset for the student if she is having trouble logging in. The account she is having trouble logging into is still active and thus, the email is indeed taken.

    Have the student email me from the email address associated to her account with her Gamertag and request to update the password - email: admin@rezzly.com.

    If it is not a password issue, I recommend clearing her browser cache before attempting to login again.
