I’m extremely frustrated

Open quests that are inaccessible to some students. Please fix.

I have certain students who can't access certain quests (open quests, no prerequisites). Like it doesn't appear as an available quest even when the rest of the class (and I) can see them just fine. This is problematic because some quests are required in my classes, and if students can't see it, often they just won't do it - and then blame me. I have given them a set of troubleshooting tips, but sometimes even those don't work. Please fix this issue.

    Troubleshooting for all Quests:

    If you see a Quiz listed on the course website, but you don't see it on your Rezzly Quests, here are the steps you should take before e-mailing me:

    1) Always. Refresh. Your. Browser. Browsers cache old versions of pages unless you refresh them specifically. For a website with changing content, YOU MUST REFRESH.

    2) If you still don't see a Quest, try a different browser. I use Chrome, and it always works fine for me. If it's not showing up in Chrome for some reason, try Explorer. If it's not showing up in Explorer. Try Firefox. Also important tip: make sure your browser is updated.

    3) If both 1 and 2 fail, try a different device, perhaps one with a different operating system than the one you're using (e.g. a Mac if you're using a PC, or vice versa). Try a Rhodes computer if you're not seeing it on your own.

    If you try these things, and it still doesn't work, you are welcome to e-mail me, and I'll see if there is anything I can do. Every time I post a quest, I double check that it shows up in my "fake student" account, which is exactly the same thing as y'all see in your actual student accounts. If I can see it, you should be able to. But again, you gotta refresh that browser.
