3jam SUCKS

This is my 3rd request for help. I want to add an account to my number that is already ported over, but the website won't allow it. It always asks me to get a new number or port a number, which is already done. This has been SOOSOOOOOOOOOO high maintenance, you guys need to fix it and respond.
