3jam SUCKS

This is my 3rd request for help. I want to add an account to my number that is already ported over, but the website won't allow it. It always asks me to get a new number or port a number, which is already done. This has been SOOSOOOOOOOOOO high maintenance, you guys need to fix it and respond.

Sorry what do you mean add an account to your number that has ported over?

Have you e-mailed support AT 3jam DOT com? We don't seem to have received an email from you (unless it was under a different name?)

I followed the info in the emails telling me my number is getting shut down over the past week. My number is 925-420-4211. Can you fix it?

I didn't know there was support at 3jam, as it is not mentioned in the email. I followed YOUR instructions.
