Porting to Verizon - No Response From 3jam

Hi,

I'm porting my number from 3jam to Verizon (202-xxx-6930). It's been two days, but the port status on Verizon's site is still saying:

"Your port request has been submitted, but no response has been received. We are currently waiting for your Old Service Provider to respond. To expedite your port request, you may contact your Old Service Provider and ask them to respond to your port request."

Can someone at 3jam please acknowledge the request to port out the number?

Thanks for the inquiry. Porting of landline numbers can take a few days and 3jam is not in the loop. Your provider will likely be contacting our upstream provider Level 3. Thanks.

I am trying to port my number to AT&T but they are unable to complete the number because my 3jam number is not in service. I pre-paid for one year and my number is not working. I tried to add $5.00 to my account so I can port my number but the website is broken. This company sucks. I want my number and my money back!
