Delayed deadline Auto-reminder
My 5PM email notification is set up as 2PM every day. However, I received the deadline Auto-reminder at 3PM today. Any explanation and solution for this delay?

You will have to contact support [at] 5pmweb.com about that - we will need private information like your account name and login email. I would make sure you have the correct timezone set in the settings.

My concern is, if this error happens to me, it might affect all users in our company. So pls make sure to check the setting for all 5PM users under our company's account.-
The email is already included in my previous message. You have to replace "[at]" with "@".
Your settings menu can be accessed at the top of your 5pm screen. Each user has to set his correct time zone. -
