Now THAT is customer service!

The only time we encountered a problem being able to log in to 5pm I sent an e-mail to customer support asking if it was just us or was maybe a system-wide thing you guys already knew about.

I received a reply within an hour assuring me the problem had already been addressed and not only was that the truth (amazing in itself), but a short while later I received an unsolicited follow-up e-mail from support making sure the problem had truly been fixed.

We still had one person reporting problems, though, and again, when I followed up on that by e-mail I received a prompt, courteous, and helpful response.

This level of customer service is simply stunning nowadays, particularly with online systems, and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
