7notes Free keyboard doesn't work

7notes Free downloadable keyboard appears on Fire 6 but recognition doesn't work. Since I've bought the premium version should I be able to use recognition? I also have MetaMoJi note for both iPad and Android.

  Please use the premium version.
  
  In the Kindle OS, there is no IME (input method editor) function as in the Android OS.

  I am using Swype and TouchPal on my Fire 6 in addition to the default keyboard. Writepad also claims to provide a system IME for Fire OS, although after this experience I'm not going to buy it until I hear some decent evidence that it actually works.
  
  As I said above, the 7notes free keyboard also functions as a system IME, although the design is so clumsy that it's not really usable. However, the hooks seem to be there for third party IMEs, so I can only interpret your reply as meaning that you can't or for some reason just don't want to make the product work on Fire OS the way it does on Android.

  I don't think IME on Kindle OS has been announced officially; this is what I heard from our dev team.
  If you have any info, please let me know.
  
  We have "7notes Free" in the Google Play Store.
  The keyboard can be used as an input method with other apps.
  "7notes Free" in the Amazon Store hides the IME feature.
