Best app for the Job

Looking to provide a notetaking app to auditors on site using own machines (mix of Android, iPad and Win8 OS's) then returning to PCs in the office to upload handwritten observations to a proforma in MS Excel as text. Like the idea of one app on all types of pad device, Will this do what I am looking for?

    Hi Chris,

Our apps cannot export a note as a PDF (*) or image file.
So you can import the file into an MS app.

Regarding multiple platforms, please try to use Note Anytime rather than 7notes.
For more info about the apps, please visit our web-site at:
    http://noteanytime.com/

(*) The PDF export function is included in the iOS apps.
For Win8 apps, it is necessary to install a PDF printer driver.
The Android apps does not have the function at this moment.

There are free versions for iOS, Android, Kindle Tablet, and Windows 8.

    Best regards,
    Toshi

    Thanks Toshi

Note Anytime is the other App I was looking into.

To clarify - Can I export (the handwriting already converted to text) into MS Word/Excel on the PC; formatting etc. can be done on the PC in MS Word/Excel

I have templates ready to receive the "notes" as 'plain text' - currently auditors are typing into these from their paper & ink notes upon return to the office but this seems double the work to me.

How do you recommend I do this export? - Copy & Paste, e-mail to self or what?

Sorry for the basic questions but I am relatively new to non-PC platforms and even struggle with my daughter's MacBook (Old dogs, New tricks etc.)

I am going to look at the website link you sent for more insight but I prefer to ask a human any questions directly. I may come back to you if that is OK?

    Thanks again

    Chris
