Every time I send email, the system adds text from an older email -- the same piece of text! The file that the older text is from is long gone.
I usually send email as focused text, but it doesn't make a difference if I send it as pdf, or as a 7notes document.
I use 7notes to handwrite email when I'm not at my desk Without this email facility, the app is essentially useless for me.
Any suggestions?

Would you please check if the following option includes anything?
[System] -> [Email] -> [Text]
What is written here is always attached to the content of a mail.

The problem is now solved.
It turns out that text is sent out by attaching a series of string to a set of fields attached to the button System >> Email. I deleted all that text, and the problem simply went away. How it stayed attached I don't know.
I found myself completely pleased with how clearly I got help back and how competent it was. This is easily one of the most important apps on my iPad. -
