Convert adding unwanted spaces to words

since the new version was released, Convert is adding spaces between nearly all the letters I write in a word, so rather than covert my handwriting to a word, it is converting it to separate, unrelated letters and/or numbers

But I did not have the same problem on my iPad.

Hi. I haven't used this software for some time, partly due to the issue above. I am still experiencing unwanted word breaks when coverting from writing to text, which I didn't have in the first version of the software I used. Example image attached (with some sections removed for privacy).

  Our dictionary team has a couple of questions.
  1. "Organise for success" is only the phrase that cannot be converted correctly? What about the other words, phrases, or sentences?
  2. Does the issue happen in the Convert Later feature?
  How about real-time handwriting?
  3. After saving your notes in an external storage such as Dropbox, is it possible for you to install the app again?

  1. No - that was just an example. It happens with other documents too.
  2. Real-time handwriting seems to work fine
  3. I can re-install the app (although I have had this on two iPads). I will do so and try again.

  Oddly, I have just seen that I have two 7Notes HD apps on my iTunes, both version 3.0.5! One has a blue border to the icon and one has a yellow border. Any idea which one I should be using?!

  Left one is the free version (7notes HD). This does not contain the handwriting recognition.
  Please use the right one with gold boarder (7notes HD Premium).
