I’m Very frustrated

Crashed while copy and paste.

I used 7notes for a three day convention. I was surprised and unhappy that there were multiple times it crashed during the convention but no data was lost. Today I was editing files to combine and then save as a pdf to storage. I copied text from sundays note to paste into Friday/Saturdays note. When I clicked paste, it seemed to go over and then crashed. When I opened it again to view my file all of friday/saturdays notes were gone!! These were very important notes!!! Is this program so unreliable and unstable?? Please let me know if there is someway to get my notes back.

    Hi Larisa,

    I guess that the problem occurred for the shortage of memory.
    Please shutdown your device and restart it.

    If you store your notes in other external storage such as Dropbox, Evernote, they can be restored.
    The app has also a backup function; [Connect] > [Connect to Storage] > [Create a backup]. Please back up your notes often so that you can restore them at any time.
