Disappearing files

For some reason this app is no longer saving the notes that I write. Even when I give them a title, tap "done" when I've finished, when I close the app down and return later the notes have disappeared. Can't work out if I need to navigate to a different "cabinet" to access other 'missing' notes - nothing happens when I tap "New cabinet".
I used to love this app, but now that it's not saving my changes I've had to start using others (none of which do the text conversion). I'd love to get a solution to this! So many important notes I've now lost :(

    Hi Ruth,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Do you have enough space to save the notes?
    How much do you have free space on your iPad?

    Could you reboot your iPad (power off and on)?
    The problem may come from the shortage of memory on your iPad.

    I recommend you to store your notes in any cloud storage such as Dropbox or Evernote. Please save your notes in the 7notes format; [Connect] > [Send to Application] > [7notes Document]
    Because if you delete the app, all your notes will be gone.

    I have just over 9GB storage space left on the iPad.

    I have read a few more of your help topics, and played around with the app a bit more. Conclusion = user error :-/
    At some point I had gone to "select" and searched for docs with a particular tag and had trouble navigating back to 'all documents'.

    Feeling a bit silly, but at least I worked it out eventually! Thanks for the tips on exporting to Dropbox in 7notes format. Will do that as back-up.
