Evernote enhancement fails to update note when image or web page is added

Hi,

I can create a note with a single text unit and save it to Evernote. When I read the note back, I can change the text, even add extra text units and I can use the "update note" feature to update the note in Evernote (I've checked in Evernote to see it syncing correctly)

When I add an image or web unit and put something in, I get the error "failed to save the note. Please try again after checking network connection".

Network connection is fine because I can then re-read the note, make changes and sync etc using the process above.

I'm using the latest software, iOS etc. working from iPad 3, all other applications can access the web.

Help!
