Grey screen. Can't use app
Hello. My problem is that when i open the app, i get a grey screen and can't do anything with the app. I saw if restarting the ipad would fix it, but it didn't work. Then i made a backup and reinstalled the app, and... well, the newly reinstalled app worked, but when i restored the backup i got the grey screen again. Please help, i have important notes there!

You backup files are 7notes document format files that are stored in Dropbox or Evernote.
Am I correct?
Can you identify which 7notes document file cause the problem?

Well, no.
Actually i used the backup that itunes makes each time i conect the ipad to my computer. I've never made a backup in evernote or dropbox -

To take the trace, tap the "Settings" app on you iPad.
And select General -> About -> Diagnostics&Usage -> Diagnostics&Usage Data.
You can find 7notes****.plist.
Please send the trace to eninfo@7knowledge.com.

Hi.
Well i have to tell you that i had the diagnostic option deactivated, so i activated it recently. AND in the day i've been trying to fix the app i haven't seen any report on the diagnostic data about 7notes, so i can't send you anything, but i'll send you what you ask as soon as i have it.
And i have a question: don't you know any solution to this issue? i'll be very sad if i can't retrieve my data :( -

Hi Alex,
According to our colleagues, the same problem happened.
The problem was gone after the following steps:
1. Stop 7notes
Kill the app running in the background, too.
2. Open the following URL with Safari on your iPad
http://7knowledge.com/en/gallery/7notes/
3. Select a template your like and tap it in Safari
4. Open the 7notes app from "Open in 7notes HDPrem"
If the template note is successfully opened, your problem will be gone.
Please try these steps and let me know the result.

Yay! I could open the app!
Well at least i can retrieve my notes, because if i restart the ipad and open it in the regular way i get the grey screen again, guess you have a bug to fix. The ipad never got any crash report or something, so i couldn't send you anything.
Thank you, now i'll try not to keep all my notes saved in 7notes, because i think that was the origin of the problem
