Hello Sheng,

7Notes does not currently have a "free format" mode that allows you to draw pictures onto notes. You can add small "doodles" into your notes alongside your handwriting.

We are considering ways to improve this for the future, and really appreciate your feedback about this feature.

I use penultimate for drawing free hand then take a screen shot that automatically drops in to your photos (pressing menu key and Off key together), then 'add unit' within 7notes and choose 'image unit', and drop in the photo.
Works well, and quick once you get used to it.
