iPad vs IPhone version

I purchased this app on my iphone thinking it was developed for both the iPhone and iPad platform. I now see there is a separate iPad version. I actually need the iPad version, not the iPhone version. Is there any way I can get a refund to purchase the correct one?

I am afraid that 7notes is not a universal app for both iPad and iPhone.

We are not able to issue a refund directly,
but you can request one from Apple via iTunes.
Please contact Apple ASAP.
