Mayday, mayday !
I lost 6 months notes yesterday on 7notes hd premium, it would not stay on, there was a flash of my files and then a crash.
I needed a tool to write so I downloaded the basic package again free until I could get home to sync and when I sync ! Nothing. I
Have I wiped out these notes ?

Did you save your notes in any storage such as Dropbox?
If so, you will be able to restore the notes.

The the basic package means the free version of 7notes (7notes HD)?
How did you sync the notes between 7notes HD Premium and 7notes HD?

Some but not all, always seemed secure. I obviously had ITunes as my sync agent and hoped this would save data not just the platform programme app
Do you think all is lost, I need just to know and then I will move on be more proactive in saving to an outside source.
Also any idea why my payment details have been erased and the app is now asking for premium upgrade payment again? -

Hi Andy,
I am afraid that unless you saved your notes into another application such as Evernote or Dropbox then they will be lost if they are deleted from your device :(
Regarding your payment details; if your Apple user name is the same then you should not be charged when downloading the 7notes HD premium software. I believe you can view your past transactions from within iTunes to check what is going on. If your information has been erased then my advice would be to contact Apple to discuss further.
