mazec setup screen keeps flickerting

The mazec setup screen keeps flickering (flashing) on my Android tablet.
I cannot access the screen.

Could you check the following options (if there is)?

Settings app -> Developer options -> USER INTERFACE

Nothing should be checked for the UI options.
