New container for freehand drawings

As we already have containers for 3 types, images, text and web, could we get one that allows a freehand drawing. I cannot draw well enough to do it in the zoom box.

I would then like to be able to layer that anywhere on the page.

Lastly, I would like to be able to drag-n-drop within the column so that the anchor point is of my choosing.
