Not available in my country?

Is the full version going to be available in my country?
I'm in Taiwan, and have become absolutely dependent on 7notes on my smart phone over the last couple of months. It's great! Thanks! Now the Beta version has expired. I'd happily pay to purchase, but Android Market says it's not available in my country.

    I could not check on your country on the Android market portal page for app registration.
    For the free (beta) version, there was no problem.

    There is something special for your country in Android market.
    Then I searched and found the following article:

    Taiwan user can't buy the Android apps since 6/27/2011. It's due to the Taipei government has some special ideas about the refund policy.
