Typed documents become invisible when typing

Edit Subject

I have 7Notes version 3.0.11 and I used it often for taking notes at meetings, etc, but lately when I open a document and try to type the letters disappear and I can't see the cursor or anything I'm typing. When I close the keyboard, then everything I typed becomes visible. As you can see (no pun intended), this app has become useless to me. I thought maybe is was some kind of font problem, but I can find no where to adjust fonts in the app system. Please help.

I have shut down, and restarted my device several times, but it doesn't help. Any other suggestions?

  Which keyboard are you using?
  Is it the English keyboard on iOS?
  Can you try to use any other keyboard?
  I cannot reproduce the same problem using the English keyboard.

  It is the English keyboard, and now I am using IOS 8.2. I also have a bluetooth keyboard, and it does the same thing no matter which keyboard I'm using. I also just tried it with a Japanese keyboard, and it does the same thing...If I delete the app and re-install it, will I lose all of the documents that I have in the app at the moment?

  If you delete the app, the OS will delete your notes.

  How many note do you have?
  Can you send them as the "7notes Document" via e-mail?
  At this moment "Send to Application" does not work with iOS8.
  
  After you delete the app and install it again, your notes can be imported from the files attached of your mails.

Yes, but I believe that it was doing it before I updated. I can't remember for sure.
