Upgrading 7Notes on IPhone and 7Notes vs MetaMoji Note app

I've purchased 7Notes Premium for IPAD. Will I be charged if I upgrade my 7Notes for my iPhone.
Also, I found that there a few things that are missing like free-hand drawing and some basic file management capabilities. When I clicked on the Developer Website within the app I see that this capability and more is within the MetaMoji Note app. Is it possible to switch my In-App purchase from the 7Notes one to the MetaMoji Note one or get a free purchase for this over site? Your support is much appreciated. Regards, Sam

    Regarding the following question,

    we cannot control your purchase on the Appstore.
    We cannot change your purchased app to the other one.
    We are not able to issue a refund directly for iOS apps, but you can request one from Apple via iTunes. Please contact Apple.

    Before asking Apple, please try to use the Lite (free) version.
    The app may be different from what you expect because:
    - 7notes has a unlimited note (but there is no page)
    - MetaMoJi Note has pages, but there is no unlimited note.

    MetaMoJi Note looks like MS Power Point.
    It is designed for presentation and whiteboard.
    However, 7notes is designed for simple note taking.

    7notes is not a universal app.
    The iPhone app is different from the iPad app.
    So you have to purchase the iPhone app.
