Why no capital letters

Often times I write in capital letters, or mix capital letters. Why does the mazec engine not recognize capitals?

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    As I wrote "What A Wonderful World!" as in the following picture,
    mazec can recognize capital letters.



    Please check if the recognition type is "All" as in the blue circle of the figure above.

    When you tap the ^ icon (in the red circle) on the mazec screen, you find alternative recognized words such as What, what, WHAT, etc.

    If possible, please send your handwritten note (7notes format) to eninfo@7knowledge.com.
    Our dictionary team will take a look.
