Issue when running "Create DBAmp Perfs"

We just installed version 3.6.8 and restarted SQL Server. I ran "Create DBAmp SPROCS", which worked as expected. Then I ran "Create DBAmp Perfs", which returned the following output/errors:

Invalid column name 'Seen'.
Msg 207, Level 16, State 1, Procedure DBAmp_TableLoader_Perf, Line 45 [Batch Start Line 157]

Msg 207, Level 16, State 1, Procedure DBAmp_Replicate_Perf, Line 30 [Batch Start Line 217]
Invalid column name 'Seen'.
