SF_ReplicateIAD doesn't clean up previous tables on failed replication

SF_ReplicateIAD doesn't clean up previous tables on failed replication.

I'm replicating table [Report] from Salesforce, using pkchunk and batchsize(10000). This will inevitably fail, as this table doesn't support pkchunk. while SF_Replicate works find (it will clean up _previous table), SF_ReplicateIAD doesn't do that - it's missing this part of the code from SP:

--Clean up any previous table
IF EXISTS (SELECT 1
FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES
WHERE TABLE_TYPE='BASE TABLE'
AND TABLE_NAME=@prev_table)
begin
exec ('Drop table ' + @prev_table)
end

I'm using DBAmp 3.7.1.0, downloaded this very morning and found this one.
