Similar External Id name in diffirent object

How will we construct the naming convention for input table for table loader, when external id of the master object has the similar name. Should we put alias? , do we have some kind of example?

if you see below the table, there is external field name LLC_BI__lookupKey__c in the account as well as Deposit(Custom object).

CREATE TABLE [dbo].[LLC_BI__Legal_Entities__c_Load](
[LLC_BI__lookupKey__c.LLC_BI__Account__c] [nvarchar](255) NULL,
[LLC_BI__Borrower_Type__c] [nvarchar](255) NULL,
[LLC_BI__Ownership__c] [decimal](18, 2) NULL,
[LLC_BI__Relationship_Type__c] [nvarchar](255) NULL,
[Migration_ID__c] [nvarchar](18) NULL,
[Name] [nvarchar](80) NULL,
[LLC_BI__lookupKey__c.LLC_BI__Deposit__c] [nchar](18) NULL,
[LLC_BI__lookupKey__c.LLC_BI__Loan__c] [nchar](18) NULL,
[Createdby] [varchar](250) NULL,
[CreatedDate] [datetime] NULL,
[RecordId] [int] IDENTITY(1,1) NOT NULL,
[Id] [nchar](18) NULL
) ON [PRIMARY]

if though we have correct relationship data exist in the account but loader gives below error.

REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING: Required fields are missing: [LLC_BI__Account__c]
