Problems authorising AIB

I'm a long-time user of AIB on both personal and work Gmail accounts. Just now my personal email account didn't load the AIB interface. Instead—after a while—it prompted me to authorise which I did, and then after a delay it reported an error message:

"We don't know why but after signing in with Google, ActiveInbox could not authorise with the ActiveInbox server."

AIB is still working ok on my work email (on a different machine).

Running on Chrome in Mac in both cases.
