Bank won't connect/provide transaction data

I tried to switch to Adaptu from Mint today because Mint suddenly, after months of successful data transmission and thousands of transactions - today - could no longer access my bank data. I tried everything, including changing my bank's site to no extra security. (I can log in directly to my bank's site with no problem.)

So, I have just tried to set up the same account with Adaptu and it is ALSO failing to connect. Do you have any idea what my bank could have done to cause this all of a sudden?
