Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro will not allow my IT Representative to deactivate? It must be uninstalled/deactivated because I have a new laptop and need this application asap. Please can someone help us?
Even with the CD in the machine the error message is as follows:
“The Installation source for this product is not available. Verify the source exists and that you can access it.”
The IT Rep also tried to run the Install from the CD and got the same message. Does ANYONE have a solution, please.
