Authorization problem and no support by Air music

Hello. I used Hybrid 3 since about 2years. Then i should do an authorization again. I want do that with intenret connection but that failed every time.(without firewalls and antivirus etc.) Ok,then would reinstall it and i got the error with ''expired certificate'' . Then i was changing the systemtime of windows back to 2016 an i could do the reinstall.Then came the same problem with authorization again.(i upload screenshot too). Then i want do it manually with licensfile. Email goes correctly to licenses@sonivoxmi.com with serial and licensefile.But i got no response. I really hope you can help me but i need that Plugin for current productions. Best regards

    Thanks for posting. Software authorization inquiries cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Software Authorization Assistance inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the AIR Music Tech Support page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office.
