Delete local license from a computer to authorize another one.

Hi I've installed on my Windows Pc the pugin suite sold with my MPC (Hybrid 3, Loom,
Vacuum Pro, Velvet, Xpand!2, Mini Grand, DB33, theRiser, AIR FX Collection Plus), the MPC Software initialy didn't recognize them so I was forced to rescan all, during this process they ask me authorization, but there was no way to save the license in iLok, because it looping ask me authirization, the only way was to save local license.
Now not only I'm unable to start my plugins, but also I can't deactivate the license from this pc and try with another.
Can anyone please help me?
