I’m Frustrated

Ignite update email never arrives

This has happened with both Ignite updates that I have tried to download. When an update is available, the link in Ignite takes me to a page where I enter my email address to have the download link sent to me, but that email never arrives. To get the update, I have to go to the main download page and fill out all the info again. Why bother having an update function that doesn't work?

    The email link may actually be going to your spam or junk folder. Check those folders. If you're not receiving in those folder then contact our tech support team to get you a download link. I've listed their contact info below.

  • Thank you for your reply. I should have given you more detail. The email never arrives. It is not being filtered to any spam or junk mail folder. I checked.

    Also, thank you for the contact info. I'll continue accessing the download through the main download page rather than through the non-working update process.
