License Limit Recovery / "My Account" Problem

hey, are you guys there? because I've made Many SAME questions about my license limit recovery, but you didn't give any answer from SUPPORT at your LEGITIMATE site.
I can't access my previous machines so I can't deactivate & reactivate my licenses.
PLUS, I even get get any email about account access, whenever I try to do something with "my account" and wait for nothing but only "You have been sent an email with instructions on accessing your account" shown after I type my email in.

Can You Guys help my problems?
