REDEMPTION CODE HAS BEEN REACHED I JUST BOUGHT XPAND!2? WHY IS THIS?....

I downloaded Xpand!2 from pluginbotique followed the steps to properly download the program but in my iloc license manager it says redemption code had reached its limit I am so confused as to why when it has not been 24 hours and I just purchased the product anybody can help?...

  • I cant seem to figure out why my xpand!2 purchase from pluginbotique wont show in my iloc i put the activation code i recived on my accont page but it says limit has been reached and I just bought program on friday night, this has been fustrating would appreciate anybodys helps

    Sorry to hear you are having a tough time redeeming your license key in the Ilok License Manager. Software authorization inquiries cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Software Authorization Assistance inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the AIR Music Tech Support page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop-down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office.
