Structure 2.0 doesn't find samples. Where to download plugin updates

Hi,

I've purchased the whole 2.0 Instrument Pack in March 14. Download and install on Mac (10.9.3) under Pro Tools 11.1.3 and instantiating works flawless.
Question one: Only Strike doesn't find the samples. The content library is on a separate drive. The automatic search within Strike doesn't do what I think it's intended for.
Second question: How do I get the 2.0.2 update of the plug ins?

  • Hello,

I would like to help. Please read and review this article here on how to upgrade to Strike 2.0.2.

Strike contains a number of large files that hold all of the sample data for various Instruments. If Strike is unable to locate this file at startup (for example, if you have moved the file to a new hard disk), you can set a .new location

Click Finder, then Finder Preferences. Click Sidebar at the top. Then ensure that hard disk, external disks are checked under Devices. (if in doubt, check everything on this page). If these are not checked, customer's drives will not display in the sidebar as a valid location for content.

Navigate to Applications> AIR Music Technology> Strike folder. Locate the Strike Data.big file. This is what to move. Do not move the presets. These are only configuration files. The sound libraries are contained in the Strike Data.big file.

Move this file to the external drive location. Remember to note this exact location.

Then open Strike in a host DAW. Click the Wrench on the bottom left next to the keyboard. Click the Content Location box, then navigate to the folder from the sidebar that contains your Strike Data.big file. If the customer drives are displaying, then external drives aren't checked in Finder Preferences (see above). Click Choose once the correct location is chosen. Strike may prompt you to restart the plugin. Save, close the project, then restart the project. The content will be located on the external drive.
