Trouble Authorizing Hybrid 3 (Trigger Finger Pro User)

After failing my first attempt at authorizing the the version of Hybrid 3 that came with the TFP a couple of years ago I'm back at it again as this synth seems too powerful not to try. I'm using Win 7 (64 bit).

I've done as instructed by the manual provided with the Hybrid 3 software and dloaded the latest 64bit iLok manager driver through a link on the Pace site.

iLok Manager now up and running.

Next I tried to open the .exe file which should launch the authorization process. Got an error.

I've already d'loaded the driver and rebooted. .not sure what else I can do here. Can someone help? There seems to be a lot of contradictory information on this forum about this process.
