Unable to authorize Loom, Strike, and Velvet after new mainboard

Hi there, I have serious problems to get my strike velvet and loom plugin authorized after I have a new mainboard in my macbook pro. All routines (manually via email, automatically via authentication server) don't work. I''ve contacted the support but they sent me an not working link for an update to purchase. My response on this (11 days ago) was not answered yet. I'm still looking for a solution.Best Matthias

    • Submit a Software Authorization Assistance inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the AIR Music Tech Support page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop down menu.


    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office.
