  • Hello,

Thanks for posting! I'll be happy to help!

Can you please provide me with your full system specs? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, as well as trying another DAW?

  • Hello,

Which patch in Xpand are you using? Have you tried multiple patches or MIDI controllers? Does it show up under Preferences->Audio Units Manager? If it is in the listing, you may need to enable it and/or Reset and Rescan your plug-ins.If not, it's worth double-checking that the AU was installed correctly. You should see an Xpand!2.component file in /Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components. If the file is there but still not displaying in the Audio Units Manager, try:
    • moving the component file out of the AU folder
    • resetting and rescanning
    • moving the plug-in file back in and rescanning once more.
As a final troubleshooting step, delete your Logic preferences file located here: ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.plist

If you continue to face issues with this, please reach out to your nearest Support Office where an experienced technician can help you out with this one-on-one. Their contact information will be listed on that page.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!
