21 dead samples at start of every bounce

Every time a sequence or track is bounced to a sample or audio track there are 21 blank samples at the start of the rendered file. Y THO + Is there any hope of this eeever being addressed?!? It’s a pretty major thing to put it very lightly... particularly as it does it Every Single Time You Bounce Anything, cumulatively, so for example ~ if you bounce one track to audio, it’s now 21 samples late, if you then you bounce that sequence with the audio track, the audio track is now 42 samples late, etc. I would really appreciate a response as this has rendered the entire machine basically worthless to me for the nearly 2 years it has sat collecting dust on my shelf.
