Akai Advance 49 dead hard drive

How to solve this problem?

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Hi! Didn't find where to write about my problem! My hard drive is dead so i can't deactivate my licenses! I just reinstall the system. How i can deactivate my licenses on dead hard drive?

Because the licenses are stored on the computer, there is no way to deactivate the licenses without access to the computer. Since we do not have the authority to distribute additional licenses, you'll need to contact the software publisher for help with this.

Understand that the software developers are the only ones capable of licensing their products. PACE merely builds the infrastructure for the software publishers to distribute their products in the way that is consistent with their licensing terms.
